Life ambition.
That was the last day of the tenth-grade year. As usual, the teacher asked the students: “What do you want to become in life? Engineer? Doctor? Scientist? Entrepreneur? Government officer?”
Among the students most students were said to be an engineer, ten said a government official, and the others a doctor. Only one student said nothing. Immediately the teacher said “Kurunathan! You tell me!” he asked. He said I wanted to become a tenth-grade teacher. The students in the class laughed when they heard it. The teacher asked, “Kurunathan! Why do you want to be a teacher, and why do you want to be a tenth grader?”
Traditionally, on the last day of this class, all the teachers ask the students the same question, “Are you an engineer, a government officer, a doctor?” To make you to ask that, I said I wanted to become a tenth-grade teacher.
Kurunathan! As the name implies, your answer is excellent! If I do not value my work, who else will? and realized his mistake.
Moral : Everyone should love and respect themselves and their work.
